Once you tackle these roadblocks you can become highly successful with your blog.
Follow these 4 tips to overcome blogging obstacles.
1: Be with the Resistance
Be with resistance.
This is unpleasant. I get it.
Nobody likes to feel fear, or to feel terrified, or to feel anxiety creep through their being but the only way to overcome an obstacle is to address the energy.
Facing your fears (all obstacles are big old balls of fear, manifest) is the quickest, cleanest and simplest way to get around, through or to hop above obstacles.
On the flip side of things, burying obstacles, ignoring these blocks or simply lying to yourself about your blogging struggles only makes the obstacles grow, and your struggles worsen.
It’s almost like telling you, “Hey, don’t think about the 2-ton purple hippo in the corner of the room with 10 flamboyant peacocks on its back!”
If you try to ignore that image, all you will do for the next few minutes is fight off the urge to think about a big purple hippo covered with flamboyant peacocks. The image will actually grow when you fight it or try to ignore it. But when you picture the image, right now, you will have a chuckle and move on with reading this blog post.
Face obstacles. Immediately. Solve traffic and profit struggles by feeling the fear of the resistance so you can stop resisting the energies and begin dissolving – and solve – these struggles.

Following a strict morning, energy regimen has helped me overcome all the obstacles you’d expect that a former pier guard turned island hopping pro blogger would face.
3: Surround Yourself with Inspired Bloggers
Surround yourself with predominantly fearless, inspired bloggers.
Slay obstacles by feasting on the inspired energy of people around you.
By hanging only with bold bloggers I have learned how to sprint out of my comfort zone regularly (tip #4). I also developed the talent of overcoming blogging obstacles by thinking my way through, around or over these temporary roadblocks.
That’s it; bold, clear, confident blogging buddies teach you how all seeming obstacles are just temporary. Blips on the radar screen, really.
Let go the meek, fearful, terrified bloggers of the world and hang only with the blogging big dawgs to eat obstacles like Pac Man eats delicious wafers (80’s video game reference because I am in my 40’s).
4: Sprint out of Your Comfort Zone Regularly
Although writing comes fairly easily to me this was not always the case. I used to struggle with writing. But writing 1000 words daily for practice – although uncomfortable – made me the blogger I am today.
I regularly write 3-5 guest posts – every single day – and comment effectively (2-4 paragraphs) on large collections of blogs daily because sprinting out of my comfort zone has created fewer obstacles in my life.
When you leave your comfort zone you develop a certain type of fearlessness that dissolves most obstacles quickly. I used to fear writing 1 guest post weekly. Now I write one guest post in 13 minutes. Leaving my comfort zone on the regular was the difference maker.
Write your first guest post. Write and self-publish your first eBook. Publish your first in-depth comment on a well-read blog. Overcome blogging obstacles by developing the habit of being comfortable with being uncomfortable.
